How to disable SmoothWheelZoom? #11

I have problem with this plugin, i have L-Control to maintain filters of my map but since i used SmoothWheelZoom my L-Control components wont scrollable anymore. Then how to disable SmoothWheelZoom when i focused or click that L-Control?
