MacOS luncher not working #253

The launcher for the MacOS is not working. It will start the game but will not launch the app. It also does not open the mod selection screen

I tried the current release with the latest macOS port today and it worked fine to select mods subscribed from Steam Workshop and launch the game with those mods being properly loaded

@Rosalesis I was dealing with the same uses running on MacOS arm64 so I created a mod manager that runs in your terminal instead https://github.com/viktorholk/arma3-mod-manager-cli
