add_libraries_to_linker and CMakeLists.txt Are Not Linked to functions.cmake #286

The 2 files CMakeLists.txt and functions.cmake do not contain a link to their respective functions and then cmake fails to make the launcher.

I cannot place full code blocks here, because it ends up very screwed up and separated.
