12 years ago Brilliant! I like the reuse of the code. It's like recycling.
Although I will personally turn ON this feature for my use, my vote would be "OFF" by default:
- I timed it and it takes over a minute for my movie files (larger size of course), which may put off some users in this "i like to go fast" world.
- I also don't like altering a user's file in a way they didn't ask for. I know it sounds weird, but it's like NOT asking for consent, even if a medical procedure is in a patient's best interest (sorry to bring work into this :D).
Also YOU'RE WELCOME for fixing your videos for android use (even though you did provide the code, hahaha).
I'll update the preference panel outline.
We need a 3rd person as a tie breaker. Do you want to just flip a coin? (yes I am serious).

Should we add an option to the "Preference Panel" to "Optimize file for network streaming." and use the c function I used for your fixmoov application in Mp4Autotag to move the MOOV atom to the front for network optimization. If we add the option, should it be a default? Argument for it to be set by default is that I didn't even know that this is why my movies wouldn't stream well to my android tablets, which means others are not aware of this either. Could fix someones problem that they didn't even know they had, how awesome would that be??? Con is that it takes a coulpe seconds and longer on bigger files, so save WILL take longer.
