General issues

Part/Spread Chart Issue Solution
1/Labour BOTTOM data for Children in employment the SYB DB. Data found, but few countries
1/Investment All ODA received in agriculture, forestry and fishing sectors, share of total ODA - missing from the SYB DB
1/Investment All Top ten countries, credit to agriculture as a share of total credit - missing from the SYB DB
1/Investment All Top ten countries, total credit, current US$, - missing from the SYB DB
1/Investment All ODA received in agriculture, forestry and fishing sectors, share of total ODA
3/Growth in crop production Top fastest growing items between 2000-MRY - from where and how to get that data? Has to be computed? create chart manually
3/Trends in the crop sector Top top five items produced in MRY vs. 200 create chart manually
3/Trends in the livestock sector custom charts from SYB13 cannot be reproduced as the scripts are missing
3/Trends in the livestock sector Also, there are no per capita figures available (should be computed). using totals
3/Trends in the livestock sector Pie charts are not implemented in the SYB system
3/Trends in the fisheries sector BOTTOM State of the world’s fishery stocks (see chart 79 in SYB2013) HAVE TO BE SCRAPED FOR DATA
4/Water All Issues with the water data as can be seen from each of the graphs.
4/Water BOTTOM SALINE SOILS for the bottom chart has not been defined in metadata and is not in. Any leads welcome

We may be out of luck for ODA in investment...

  • mapdata algorithm does not pool data over the years, but plots only the last year. All the maps are sparse
