Very high lightning fees #36

Outgoing lightning payments now has very high fees. For example: photo_2023-08-26_19-16-05 This makes Muun almost unusable. Lightning fees used to be very reasonable, but now they are similar to on-chain fees.

The same transaction from Phoenix costs just 24 sats: photo_2023-08-26_19-21-07 Versus 1,286 sats in Muun...

That's the underlying problem of Muun's design , using Submarine swaps .... unfixable while the onchain network fees are high. You should use Muun's Lightning JUST IF the Onchain fees are LOW at the moment. For example now, with onchain fees at > 300 sats/vByte, Muun had to STOP their "Lightning" service, so you can't receive lightning payments.
