feature: Snapcast #30

Implement snapcast with syncing, while making the actual syncing code integrated into audiopipeline, separate from snapcast's implementation.

Currently tracked in branch feat/snapcast

Hi, is this implemented or what is the state? I saw the last commit of said branch is titled "merge with master"
