Use configuration service #2

Use the configuration service to easily update the public mapbox access token.

Initially, there could be a script that signs the token and makes the api call to twitch.

For now, I'm using OSM instead of Mapbox to avoid hardcoding the access token

I think now that we use OSM for the main site we should just stick with it.
