Pg 25 - the word "then" can be omitted in the Cook By Time and Cook By Temp descriptions. In the Cook By Time, the word "then" can be replaced with a comma (,). In the Cook By Temp description, remove the "Then," and capitalize the "T" in "the".
Pg 32 - the word "so" in the save password description s/be "to"
Consider moving the Quick Start section after the Installing the Pro BBQ Contriller section. I found it a little weird to be reading how to use the controller before I knew how to install it.

My quick proofread of the manual:
Pg 12 - "wash" in 2nd red box s/be "washers"
Pg 15 - "reversable" s/be "reversible"
Pg 16 - "reversable" s/be "reversible"
