Feature: Investigate replacing the OEM controller on OKJ Rider #142

Potentially replace the OEM on my OKJ Rider, which has a second temp probe right by the searing area, and which you can set past 500 because it's only that temp in that local area. Would a pop-up like "Warning: you have configured your grill past 500 and most grills aren't designed for this" be reasonable? Submitted for Bernard G.

Take a look at the 2nd gen in particular. The other thing Muxall would need is ability to designate a particular probe as the "master". This doesn't sound like a big technical leap, and would be helpful for any grill where there are definite hotspots
