ci: fix canary script get latest version #4

this updates the jq script with the last version from mux-player. we had some iterations after the media-chrome version https://github.com/muxinc/elements/blob/14295ded10ae13c6ed3f87434e5fe5f1c767cc39/scripts/publish.sh#L127-L143

and fixes the real issue where if a NPM package just has 1 version it returns 1 version as a string instead of listed in a JSON array which it will use with 2 versions and above
