Update readme "Installation" to latest version #8

Livestreams doesn't exist in 1.1, after following the installation instructions I was seeing this error when trying to use LiveStreams module

(UndefinedFunctionError) function Mux.Video.LiveStreams.create/2 is undefined (module Mux.Video.LiveStreams is not available)

I'm about to bump the version to 1.3.0 not too long from now, so I'm going to close this PR since the version will change in the newest PR and docs.
