Update TheoPlayer version - App Store publishing policy #27

Due to the important update on TheoPlayer 7.0.0 regarding the App Store publishing policy, a new version update is extremely necessary, along with changes to comply with the App Store publishing policy.

The Apple's deadline for these changes is April 29, 2024.

Hi @cjpillsbury and @andrewjl-mux. Can you help on this new update?

Hi team. Despite the last branch being merged, we are still blocked from updating TheoPlayer because a new version has not been created. I would like to ask if you could prioritize this, as it is blocking us from using the newest API and solving some bugs in TheoPlayer.

Hey @vicenteerick / @wow-such-amazing, thanks for highlighting, we'll have v0.10.0 that includes support for newer versions of THEOplayer as well as a privacy manifest file published later this week.
