Headphone Disabled when switch between applications #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plug-in the Headphones and play a song in the Apollo Music Player.
2. Open google Chrome and browse some web sites.
3. Close the Browser using the back button or the Home button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Music starts to play throught the speakers.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CM 11.0 Beta 3(from opensemc for Xperia S off course)

Please provide any additional information below.
I think that this started to happend after I installed my application set that 
includes GAPSS, WhatsApp, Dropbox, Amazon, Netflix but nothing related with 
audio features.

I've been playing around trying to find the right way to reproduce it and now I 
have a pattern. You only need to open the Music Player, play a song  and seek 
the desktop (home button and back button triggers the bug as well).

There is no solution so far. I think (and hope) that RaymanFX is working on 
this as he works in fixing the other audio bugs reported.
