FR: Display Webcam studio picture of playing Webradio channel #142

Hi,

many Webradio channels offer Webcam studio pictures updated at intervals.

My idea is to display the Webcam picture of the currently playing Webradio 
channel within the otherwise black video window. This would be a very unique 
feature.

How do you find these picture? It's something working on VLC?

Some radio stations offer the URL to their Webcam studio picture on their 
website. Maybe these URLs could be added to the WebTV Manager database.

I don't know if VLC can display pictures.
