FreeTuxTV 0.6.4 apparently doesn't use anymore the rtp-client-port defined in vlcrc

- FreetuxTV version: 0.6.4
- Linux distribution and version: Xubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin
- VLC version: 2.0.3-0ubuntu0.12.04.1
- ISP: Free

Describe here your problem:
I've just upgraded the distro and after that, Freetuxtv doesn't work anymore : 
It seems it doesn't use the RTP client port defined in ~/.config/vlc/vlcrc 
anymore as I see RTP packets on wrong ports dropped in my firewall and the 
playback doesn't work.

This was fixed in the development version. Try to compil it if you want or you 
have to wait for next release of FreetuxTV.
