[Enhancement] a tv list window separated from tv view window #31

with vlc it is very handy to have permanently an access to the tv list

when i select "mode réduit"

i have no access to the tv list according to zap

addendum:
 your tv list is not handy

we see only few tv because each tv name and icon is huge

I understand the problem, it's true that I need to add a medium to change a 
channel
in "mode reduit".

At this time, it's true that each channel is huge. But the reason is that 
channel is
going to display more informations in a future version.
