Incompatible with display resolution 1024x600 for preference i can not see okey/apply button

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Preference is not  compatible with 1024x600 (Netbook)
I can't see okey/apply button to accept the changes under preference window.

I hope as you can resolve that
