Add variable to control play and loop

Use and rename _PT3SETUP variable. Similar to the WYZstate of the WYZplayer (before called INTERR).

char PT3state

• BIT 1 = PLAYER ON/OFF
• BIT 4 = LOOP ON/OFF
• BIT 7 = set each time, when loop point is passed
