We need to figure out and test a few things:

[x] How do you manage users and passwords?
[x] Test scaling and deployment on several simultaneous containers (need to fix #1 and #2 first)
[x] Test ollama with multiple users
Test deployment/distribution of new notebooks on each user's running container
[x] Test log file location (or look into a remote DB implementation)

Admin and first test with ~20 users worked well. For remote DB we should open a new issue.
