ib gateway 9.72 no longer supported #3

It seams like ib has stopped support the version 9.72 of the ib gateway

After a more deep dive into the issue, it was on old version of ib api that whas the problem. After a upgrade to 974.01 it now works again with the current version of ib-gateway-docker 👍
