Protocol for adding/committing codes #15

Any suggestions for how/what/when to add codes and do collaboration. It might be helpful to decide on a Matlab base code and build our codes on top of that.

It looks like we're going with a matlab code base (ew) :stuck_out_tongue:

For big feature pushes I think it'd be nice if we opened pull requests so its easy to comment on code by line.

I made some notes in #17 but I think we might consider our inputs and outputs for each component to be .mat files. That way it's easy to glue them together with other off the shelf parts
