On https://www.furaffinity.net/controls/profile/ you can set a submission from your gallery as the featured submission. It would be nice to able to tick a box on a post to set that post as the featured submission after it's posted.
This is admittedly a niche feature, and it would definitely require PostyBirb to have some sort of "only one post in the queue can have this setting" awareness.
