Hopefully next weekend I will attempt the upgrade of mongodb on alpine-linux. Image should arrive a few days later, when patches will be applied in mainline

Patch to port mongodb-4.0.0 sent to alpine (https://patchwork.alpinelinux.org/patch/4067/)

Waiting for it to be applied then I update docker image
