Add OSM URL pasting #14

It would be nice if you could paste an OSM URL and MYM would figure out the bounding box making a reasonable viewport assumption, and process the data for that bounding box.

This is how JOSM converts a OSM 'hash' style URL to a bounding box.

Thanks @iandees for helping me find that location in the JOSM code!
