please include the LICENSE.txt in the pypi tarball and a copyright notice #51

Hello, LICENSE.txt is in the git repo, but it is not released with the pypi tarball, it would be really helpful if you can include that file too, and also a copyright notice, which i currently cant find reported anywhere in the code.

thanks! but i dont see LICENSE.txt released with 0.6.0 - are you planning another release with that file soon?
