please include README.md in the pypi released tarball #67

README.rst has been removed, so could you please include README.md in the pypi tarball? thanks!

If only PyPi would support markdown, it would make more sense. What other use case is there for including it?

In debian we tend to install the documentation the package provides, so that developer can refer to it even if they are offline; it used to be there but README.rst was removed since 0.5.6 - it'd be great if you can add it back to the tarball for us to install
