Add a recommendations field for each attribute

would a recommendation be related to an attribute or a rating.....or neither?

could have a separate recommendation library linked to ratings/attributes.

I think that both observations/comments and recommendations would be against particular attributes (eg, Standups, Retrospectives, etc).

I think that actions (if we implement them) will be more complicated.
