Bump to 4.2.7 #8

Thanks for your contribution, Denis! taiga-back update looks good, but i see that taiga-front-dist now points to master branch (currently at commit hash c67b3387d6ce09d49b7abe3418700b27fa1fe83f) instead of tag 4.2.7-stable (commit hash e0a28fc67281a57af90f4caa9fcb538e08d98727). Could you please fix this, before i merge it?

Oh, sorry. That was confusing why they use as a stable branch the branch called 'master' in taiga-back and 'stable' in taiga-front-dist. Updated.

Tag 20190629-4.2.7 is now pushed and available on Docker hub. Thank you!
