Can't find string terminator "USAGE" anywhere before EOF at DeteX.pl line 13. #1

Thank you for your work,

I downloaded unzipped the file, I am running on Linux. So I have shell, perl, and samtools.

When I run DeteX like perl DeteX.pl -h

I get this error:

Can't find string terminator "USAGE" anywhere before EOF at DeteX.pl line 13. my Perl version is: This is perl 5, version 26, subversion 2 (v5.26.2) built for x86_64-linux-thread-multi Thanks, Medhat
