Fix: Docu refactoring + linting #45

This PR refactores a few things:

Consistent documentation style + removed typos
LibTable.create_new(): Incompatible return type fixed
DesignRules: Added missing filePath attribute
Items/Common, Fixed Position.to_sexpr() having no parameters
Wks: Fixed WksPosition.to_sexpr() having no parameters
Items/SchItems: Removed unused size token from Connection()
Items/SchItems: Removed unused stroke token from Image()
Removed some tokens that were defined multiple times
