This PR implements the following:

Arc, Rectangle and Circle tokens used in Schematic class
shapes token in schematics to hold said shapes
GrTextBox token for text boxes in board files
FpTextBox token for text boxes in footprints
SyTextBox token for text boxes in symbols
TextBox token for text boxes in schematics
Tests for all said items
Breaking change: Replaced SyFill token with Fill token everywhere
