readme refers to a nonexistant mvnpm-repo profile

readme talks about nvmpm-repo profile - but nothing in readme describes it nor is locker any way dependent on or generating it.

What is that profile ?

Also, not sure why that would help to do because would mvnnpm not already have a job that will eventually publish it?
