Update Czech translation #22

Some strings are not available for translation on Launchpad.

@mvo5 Feel free to merge this.

@mvo5 Any chance that this gets merged (or at least the Launchpad translation template gets updated so I can translate it on Launchpad)?

You can use https://github.com/mvo5/synaptic/blob/master/po/synaptic.pot as base for your translation and use as example »Virtaal« as editor. There are no fuzzy strings.

@to-ba I meant the strings that are fuzzy in the current Czech translation. Some of them are not available for translation on Launchpad because the Launchpad translation template seems to be outdated.

Yes, you can take https://github.com/mvo5/synaptic/blob/master/po/synaptic.pot it is newer than launchpad.

@to-ba Sorry, but I don't understand what are you trying to say. This PR is based on the original Czech translation that is based on the synaptic.pot template (it was updated at the same time as the template).

Than you should have no fuzzy entries.
