add ntfy for notification #333

Hello,

Can you add ntfy support for notifications alongside emails?

Hey, thanks for your message.

I don't know what nify notifications are but we are discussing webhook support and the current idea is to have a general plugin mechanism in u-u so that it's easy for users to extend with the reporting functionality they need.
