raw -> unescaped #34

The votes are in. Despite being a bit longer, most people prefer method names 
that start with 
"unescaped" instead of "raw" because the meaning is more obvious. Change 
"rawAttr" to 
"unescapedAttr" and change "rawText" to "unescapedText".
