Did you test VBUS off support per FAQ? I remember adding and then removing Orico because it didn't

@haodongnj, while it was not exactly the same model, we had rejected two another Orico hubs before: see #236 and #344. So, we need conclusive VBUS off test for Orico MH4U-U3 before we can add it to the list.

Sorry for my carelessness, I have measured the voltage of VBUS and it remains 5V when i try to power off the USB ports' power with uhubctl.
