Old Belkin hub supported #492

Reporting a new supported device:

Manufacturer: Belkin Product: Belkin Hi-Speed USB 2.0 4-port Compact Hub (F5U238ukCRL-MOB transparent case with PSU) Ports: 4 USB: 2.0 VID:PID: 0409:0059 Release: ~2004 EOL:

Link to a web page describing the product. I've used uhubctl successfully to power down and up a USB hard drive on Port 2 so far - thank you, great project! Note: lsusb output identifies it as using an NEC chipset (here reported using "sudo lsusb -v" on a raspberry Pi Zero):

Thanks for reporting, added to the table. That said, I doubt that any other alive hubs of this kind are still in the wild :-)
