0 is intended to be "not patched" integer is 1 based

@danielmuellerma we have an offset array in DMX channel with special value "none" for not patched. We should probably extend DMX Addresses with same definition.

FixtureID, UnitNumber, FixtureTypeId and CustomId also need more detailed definitions. Unless you have intimate knowledge of VectorWorks and how it exports these fields it's anyone's guess what they are meant for.
