Logical Channel: Snap has duplicated values #30

Definition: Is this channel a snap channel? Value: “Yes”, “No”, “On”, “Off”. Default value: “No” Should we get rid of the duplicate?

This was an idea from @AndriiVoitenko to make them easier human readable. As this breaks downward compatibility I would not change it,

The reason was to use same format for all boolean xml attributes in GDTF format. And there more than one boolean values. For one of them it is more human readable to use "yes", "no" for other "on","off". And to not distinguish between them we simple allow both.
