Allow gdtf files to have non 0 compression #59

Current spec states that: To describe the device type, an uncompressed zip file with the extension "*.gdtf" is used. This is confusing to users and developers, plus compression can help to reduce file size.

The idea was that opening them fast faster in the first place, but actually this seems not to be so much hurting. I think it is a good idea to remove this.
