Add a debug page #266

It would be nice to add a debug page in order to test the wallet. In this page, the information currently saved in the local storage are displayed and can be easily modified

This page should be hidden, and should be displayed only by doing a certain pattern (i.e. in the info page, click 5 times on the version number)

It can also be used to do some consistency checks on the transaction data. For example check if all inputs that belong to wallet addresses are outputs of other transactions of the wallet
