Open wallet using public key #289

When entering a public key the wallet should be able to generate addresses and show read only capabilities.

Read only accounts should have some limitations:

the confirmation page should offer to copy the unconfirmed transaction to the clipboard
confirmation page does not ask for the user passphrase for signing
no multi signature option
no decentralized authentication (bitident)
