[feature request] Address Book for full node wallet #330

It'd be nice to save some addresses with aliases and use them on transfer screens instead of addresses like:

"my bitfinex address margin account" -> "Mxxxxxx" "my brother" -> "Mxxxxxxx" "the girl from ipanema" -> "Mxxxxxx"

you can use DID to remember them.

May be we shall integrate with the Electrum wallet, so both Address Book and transaction local remark will be avaiable
