I would like to use import rosnode, but could not find the right py_library. I think it should be in a similar way as https://github.com/mvukov/rules_ros/blob/7d71becdf50a771a5df0ab20934fc52b33ef605e/repositories/ros_comm.BUILD.bazel#L155. It is available at https://github.com/ros/ros_comm/tree/noetic-devel/tools/rosnode
