The APA7 LaTeX package actually offers four different modes (journal-like appearance, double-spaced manuscript, double-spaced student manuscript, LaTeX-like document). It would be good to offer some of these:

[x] double-spaced manuscript (default)
[x] journal-like appearance
[x] single-spaced document

Make sure everything also works in two column mode (e.g. full-width content; https://github.com/typst/typst/issues/2360).
