Incorrect kanji parts

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open kanji parts screen for such kanji as 時,特,体,活,撮
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
日+寺,牛+寺,亻+本,氵+舌(only),扌+最

What version of Android are you using?

Please provide any additional information below.
These are just example, there are a lot more incorrect kanji parts diagrams.

Please see Issue 326 for details. The problem is that I cannot find any 
reliable source of such parts on the internet - all I got is some bits and 
pieces from several pages. I will hotfix the kanjis you provided, of course. 
Please feel free to point me out to a reliable source of this part break up if 
possible.

Please take a look at KanjiVG project http://kanjivg.tagaini.net/index.html
It has all necessary data to show kanji parts correctly.

I am actually using the data from the KanjiVG project, but I think I am using 
the old 2013 version - I will take a look at the 2014 version for updates -
