Move up / down within a notepad category #726

I may be wrong here, but I believe to remember that in the past, it was possible to move an entry in a notepad category up or down, after long tapping this entry. This does not seem to be possible anymore. If easily doable, it would be nice to see this feature reimplemented, as it helped somewhat to keep the notepad entries in a reasonable order for studying.

I apologize - I have temporarily disabled this functionality as it was not easy to implement with the new CouchBase backend. But it may actually be easy - I'll look at this.
