Add a way to change WebBrowser fields for testing purposes

Add a way to change WebBrowser fields for testing purposes. For example we might want to test a different locale.

Either:

1. Add a way to change private fields of WebBrowser
2. or document a way to modify the current request and reinit webbrowser
