BLOCKER: Support Android API 29 #145

I can not release new version of PhotoCloud without targeting Android API 29 (Google rules). However, targeting API 29 completely breaks the Gallery Stream, and so I need to figure a way to make it work with API 29.

Everything seems to be working just fine on my Android 11 phone, so I'll close this. However, feel free to reopen if there's anything off with the Gallery Stream.
